Starting at just $25–$30 per month, subscribers enjoy year-round, unlimited access to primary care visits, personalized attention, quicker appointment scheduling, and faster responses to medical questions, leading to improved preventive care. Additionally, subscribers benefit from discounted medications and lab services.

 

There is a one-time activation fee of $30 for new patient setup, which is added to the initial subscription cost. Subscription options include:

 

    For patients aged 50 or younger:

       • 12-month subscription at $30/month

       • 2-year subscription at $25/month

 

    For patients over 50:

       • 12-month subscription at $40/month

       • 2-year subscription at $35/month

 

Note: DPC subscriptions do not cover catastrophic events, specialty care, or hospital visits.
